e999 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the e999 platform and all services provided under it. "Platform" refers to e999's website, mobile application and all services delivered through them. "Member" refers to any individual registered on this platform.

These Terms are prepared for users in Bangladesh and are effective in accordance with the laws and regulations currently in force in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform or opening an account, a member is considered to have unconditionally accepted all provisions of these Terms.

The platform may have separate rules for tournaments, bonus offers or special programs. In such cases those specific rules will operate alongside these general Terms; however, in the event of a clear conflict, the specific rules will take precedence.

2.1 Age and Eligibility

To register on the e999 platform, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Any adult from Bangladesh may join the platform of their own free will and with full awareness. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon verification.

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, members must provide accurate and complete information — including name, mobile number, email and any other identity-related details as required. e999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account registered with false or incomplete information.

Each member may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, household or device, e999 may temporarily or permanently close all associated accounts and cancel any bonuses held in those accounts.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

e999 may at any time request proof of identity, proof of address or proof of payment method from a member. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, processing of withdrawal requests may be put on hold.

3.1 Security and Password

The member is solely responsible for keeping their account login details secure. Sharing a password or allowing a third party to use the account is prohibited. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, contact e999 support immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

It is the member's responsibility to promptly update any changes to their mobile number, email or payment details in their account. e999 is not responsible for any payment delays or failures caused by outdated information.

3.3 Single Currency

All transactions on e999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the e999 platform is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes; however, this time may increase if a KYC verification is pending.

Members are encouraged to withdraw using the same method they used to deposit. Before withdrawing winnings obtained from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met (see Section 5 for details).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is granted based on the deposit amount — for example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the account balance ৳3,000. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — in the above example, ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets is required.

To receive the maximum bonus, a deposit of ৳10,100 or more is required. For example: a deposit of ৳20,200 gives a ৳20,000 bonus, the balance becomes ৳40,200 and the wagering requirement is ৳20,000 × 20 = ৳4,00,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are always for personal use only — they are not transferable.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If an attempt is made to meet bonus wagering requirements through any form of manipulation or organised betting patterns, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• e999 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet has been finally confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless e999 itself declares that bet invalid or erroneous. For bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds, e999 may void the bet and return the stake.

6.2 Sports Betting

Before placing a bet on cricket, football or any other sport, members should read the rules for that specific sport. If a match is abandoned, postponed or a result is not determined, settlement of the relevant bet remains at e999's discretion.

6.3 Casino Games

When playing live casino, slots, baccarat, roulette and other games on e999, the specific rules of each game apply. RTP and volatility information reflects only historical averages and the technical characteristics of a game — it is not a guarantee of future results.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server error, network issue or any other technical reason, e999 will refund the stake for that round. e999 reserves the right to cancel any abnormal winnings obtained as a result of an error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e999 platform. Evidence of involvement in any one of them will result in account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using a false identity or inaccurate information.
• Following organised or artificial betting patterns with the intent of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or data.
• Using automation software, bots or scripts.
• Placing bets or managing payments on behalf of a third party.
• Any form of manipulation or fraudulent activity.

If e999 detects suspicious activity, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and begin an investigation.

e999's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum and 0.8% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

A member's VIP tier may change based on their activity and betting history. e999 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits in special circumstances.

e999 places the highest importance on members' mental and financial wellbeing. Our Responsible Gaming Policy details how to control your betting limits, take a break when needed and get support if required.

Members may voluntarily set a deposit limit on their own account. e999 may temporarily suspend the account of any member who appears to be showing signs of problem gambling. Please remember: this platform is for ages 21 and above only.

How members' personal information is collected, stored and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. That policy is considered an integral part of these Terms.

e999 does not sell members' information to third parties. However, information may be provided to authorities as required under legal obligations. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

The e999 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. e999 is not responsible for a bet failing to be confirmed due to loss of internet connection, device issues or reasons on the user's own end.

Information, odds or statistics displayed on the platform are for general informational purposes only — they should not be treated as investment or financial advice. Betting and gambling carry the risk of financial loss, and members are considered to have knowingly accepted that risk by using the platform.

Under no circumstances will e999 accept liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

12.1 Closure by e999

e999 may suspend or close any account without prior notice due to a breach of these Terms, evidence of fraud, false information or legal reasons. If a member is found to be innocent after investigation, the account will be restored and the balance returned.

12.2 Closure by the Member

A member who wishes to close their account voluntarily must contact e999 support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed. However, any bonus for which the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.

If a dispute arises over a transaction or the outcome of a bet, the member must first contact e999 support. Complaints can be submitted via live chat or email, and the support team provides service in both Bangla and English, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

e999 will make every effort to resolve disputes. However, e999's final decision will be binding in the resolution of all disputes.

e999 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Notice will be given on the platform before any change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after a change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
